Our comprehensive, structured service guarantees timely support through each stage of the design process: from the selection of materials to the finalisation of the design, from samples and prototypes development up to production and after-sales service.
Our in-house team operates with an integrated, coordinated method throughout the entire operational process, ensuring the achievement of the highest standards in terms of aesthetics, quality and execution.
The quality of the craftsmanship, carried out in our in-house sewing workshop, is further complemented by the use of exclusive fabrics, carefully selected with the client.
Each project is tailored to each client, to meet their specific design and budgetary requirements with bespoke solutions.
All textile processing and design is carried out in our in-house sewing workshop, based in Turin.

Our collaborations with leading architecture and interior design firms allow us to provide comprehensive support, from design to delivery.

We take care of strip-out, storage, transportation, installation & product distribution, as well as offering technical support for after-sales maintenance.
Showroom
A 250 m² showroom to guide customers in their choice of materials, offering a comprehensive overview of our range of textiles and materials: fabrics and upholstered items, curtain track systems, and a vast selection of flooring options (LVT, carpet and parquet).
Our Story
Ci.ti.elle was founded in 1987 by Giuseppe and Paolo Lazzarotto as a distributor of textiles and curtain track systems, supplying products to interior design shops in Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta. Later, in 1994, the company started producing directly for end customers in the hospitality sector.
Today, Ci.ti.elle stands out as a trusted supplier for Italy’s finest hospitality providers, with more than 300 projects to its name, 14 employees, a 250 sqm showroom, a 250 sqm in-house sewing workshop and 1,500 square metres of warehouse space for storage. This solid structure is complemented by a well-established network of skilled artisans for all external productions, to ensure the highest standards of quality and customisation.
Thanks to our non-profit organization “Associazione Casa della Speranza Onlus”, we’ve actively supported the most vulnerable populations through national and international initiatives since 2006.
